Today, I'm gonna show you how to make one of these really sweet teddy bears. They're really simple to make. It doesn't take long at all. And they're actually made out of a hand towel. Pretty cool, huh?
今天，我要教你們怎樣做出這樣一隻非常可愛的泰迪熊。這些熊做起來很容易。完全不用花多少時間。而且它們其實是用毛巾做出來的。滿酷的，對吧？
Start by taking a fresh, clean hand towel, and lay it flat out on a table. Next, we need to fold the towel over, so it's in thirds like this. But we're gonna keep the left-hand flap open. Then we're gonna start rolling the towel up from the bottom until we get to the middle. Then turn it around. I'm placing a cup behind it so it doesn't undo. And roll up the other side, so it looks like this.
一開始先拿一條新的乾淨毛巾，然後鋪平在桌上。接著，我們得把毛巾摺起來，它會像這樣分成三等份。不過我們左邊那塊要打開。然後我們開始將毛巾從底下向上捲，捲到中間為止。接著轉過來。我把杯子放在後面，這樣就不會散開了。捲起另一邊，那看起來會像這樣。
Next, we need to turn it over. Fold over the left-hand side, so it's like this. Then fold over the right-hand side, so it's on top of the left side like this. Then open this section out. And you can see we're starting to get a teddy bear shape.
接著我們把毛巾翻面。摺起左側，所以那會長這樣。然後摺起右邊的部份，它會像這樣疊在左邊的布上面。再來將這一塊打開。你可以看到泰迪熊的形狀開始出來了。
Next, we need to take an elastic band and wrap it around the top of the bear to shape the head. Tidy it up a bit and start to form the ears. I'm also using a couple of rubber bands to help define these ears. And that's our teddy bear shape complete! And he looks really cool, hey! You can see a couple of fold lines on the back, but the front looks like this classic, cuddly teddy bear shape.

If you like, you can take some ribbon and tie it around the neck to form a bow. I'm gonna use a couple of these self-adhesive plastic eyes to give him some character. They just stick on, and I can easily remove them later if I want to use the towel. And there's our towel teddy complete! And he looks really sweet.
如果你喜歡的話，你可以拿一些緞帶綁在脖子上打一個蝴蝶結。我要用兩個這種本身就有黏性的塑膠眼睛來幫他增加一點特色。它們一下就黏上去了，而且如果我要用毛巾的話，我等一下還可以輕輕鬆鬆地把它們拿下來。我們的毛巾泰迪熊完成囉!他看起來真的很可愛。
I'm also gonna make one out of this white towel. So, I fold over one-third, roll each side up into the middle, turn it over, and fold back the left-hand side. Fold over the other end, open it out, and use elastic bands to help define the shape.
我還要用這條白色毛巾再做一隻。我摺起三分之一的毛巾、兩邊都向上捲到中間、翻面，接著把左側翻回來。把另一端摺過去、打開，然後用橡皮筋來幫忙做出輪廓。
For this one, I'm tying on a pink ribbon. And I'm gonna use buttons for eyes. I'm actually using double-sided tape to fix these on so I can remove them easily later. But if you wanted to, you could sew them on. And there's our cute white teddy bear complete!
這次這隻我是綁上粉紅色的緞帶。然後我要用鈕釦來當眼睛。我其實是用雙面膠來固定，這樣我等等就能輕鬆拔掉。不過如果你想要的話，你也可以用縫的。然後我們可愛的白色泰迪熊就完成囉!
They're great fun to make with kids. They don't take long to make, and you can keep them for as long as you like. You could make them to decorate your bathroom or as towels for guests if you've got people coming to stay.
和孩子們一起做這些泰迪熊會帶來無窮樂趣。它們做起來不用花太多時間，而且你想保存多久都可以。你可以用它們來裝飾浴室，或是在有人到家裡住時當給客人用的毛巾。
